Receipt of Deposit
A $100 deposit (USD) is required to secure your date for a 2-week period. This deposit is refundable for up to the 14 days, for any reason. After 14 days, the deposit can only be used toward an event with a signed Contract. Should you cancel after the 14-days, the deposit is non-refundable unless further arrangements are made with Dolly.
Notice of cancelation must be made in writing. Email is acceptable. Please make certain email has been received. You will be sent a response.
All deposits must be made via personal check, cashier's check, or money order. At this time, Louisiana Castle does not accept credit cards. Cash is accepted in person. For our Destination Weddings from out of the country, please contact Dolly to discuss the easiest way to secure your deposit.
Please call and confirm your date is available before mailing your check or money order. And please put your check or money order number on your Receipt of Deposit below. (ROD)
This is your Receipt of Deposit Fillable Form. It is most likely the first form you will fill out for Castle Events Unlimited, LLC. In the future, all forms may be filled out with this program, including Contracts. Electronic signatures constitute legally binding documents should all parties choose to sign digitally. Should you hold issue with e-signature, we have no problem with emailing and scan, or old-fashion snail mail! Just let us know!
