CONDITIONS OF DEPOSIT: This deposit will be fully refundable, for any reason, for fourteen (14) fourteen days. After 14 days the deposit can only be used towards an Event with a signed Contract. Notice of cancelation must be made in writing via email to castleinfo@aol.com. Should we not respond within 24 hours, please contact Dolly @ (504) 455-8700 no later than 14 days from the date the deposit was made. This deposit will hold the date of the function for a 14-day period. After this period, the date will be held at the discretion of Castle Events Unlimited, LLC.
