Prices & Rates for Destination Wedding Venues & Events Louisiana


We have decreased our minimum for our weekend packages to follow the Micro Wedding trend,  BUT WE'RE ALSO BOOKING UP TO 350 GUESTS AGAIN!

Many of today's Couples are looking for a complete Wedding package and of course we still have theses complete packages for you, but for those who are requesting packages with fewer guests that are small but elegant we have these packages available:  The Elopement package, The Princess Elopement Package, The Limited Ceremony and Reception Package and the Weekday Package For 40 Guests.  These packages are typically Monday through Thursday but on short notice may be available on the weekend, subject to availability. 

We can accommodate up to 350 guests but also can do functions with just the Couple or any number of guests.  We try to customize your function according to your requests. 

See the information for our weekday packages that includes the ceremony, reception and possible overnight stay.  For weekend packages there are separate charges for the ceremony package, reception package and overnight stay unless otherwise stated.  Below are the highlights included in each package.  These complete packages are available, but NOT REQUIRED.  Please call for details.

CEREMONY PACKAGE INCLUDES: (available only with a reception)

  • Exclusive use of the Louisiana Castle, a replica of an English Norman Keep Castle, and its grounds for an absolutely beautiful setting for your ceremony.
  • Use of the Juliet Suite, Groom’s Lounge, The Keep and Decks by the bridal party for 1 hour before the ceremony.
  • On site wedding coordinator for your ceremony.
  • A one-half hour is allowed for the ceremony.
  • Seating for the ceremony site.
  • The stage is tastefully decorated with floral arrangements and columns.
  • A quality outdoor sound system, with wireless microphones, operated by our staff to provide music and voice for your ceremony. Choose from our music selection or provide your own.
  • Numerous beautiful photo opportunities throughout The Castle and its 10 acres.
  • Our 2800 sq. ft. pavilion is available for your ceremony use in case of bad weather.  


  • Exclusive use of the entire Castle and grounds for 3 hours.

  • Use of the glass-enclosed Ballroom which is tastefully and elegantly decorated with: White linens on our tables and white chair covers and silver bands for our chairs.

  • Windows decorated with white drapes.
  • Individual centerpieces for the guest tables.
  • Large floral arrangements for the buffet table area.
  • Our Reception Menu of continuous food service of our unique curved buffet table. Soft drinks, coffee and tea are also provided. Visit HERE to view our menus.
  • If the Couple is spending the night at The Castle, a “Midnight Snack” box is left in the refrigerator upstairs for the newlyweds.
  • Allowance for cakes! You will work directly with our baker to customize your cake visit HERE for photos of cakes by our baker, but remember - you can design your own cake. * If the costs exceeds your allowance you will be responsible for paying the difference*
  • D.J. and Sound System- Choose from our extensive music selection or provide your own music for our D.J. to play.
  • USE of the following items; but please note no reduction in price is given if you choose not to use these items.
  • Our large silver cake stands.
  • Cake cutters and servers.
  • Champagne toasting glasses for the Couple.
  • Large covered deck and large covered pavilion with additional seating.
  • Throne Room for Bridal pictures with its ornate staircase, King and Queen thrones, Wedding Sofa and Suit of Armor.
  •  Dining room for additional seating or a quiet get-away.
  • Our professional and friendly staff to set up, serve, cleanup and provide for your every need.


  • Exclusive use of the entire Castle and grounds for the evening. Everyone leaves and the entire Castle is yours.
  • Use of the 1200 square foot romantic Juliet Suite for your wedding night.
  • Use of the outdoor private screened deck and Jacuzzi.
The prices described above, are for our complete ceremony and reception packages, for the number of guests stated. Additional guests may be added for the "Additional Guest" fee under each package. If your event has less or more than the stated number of guests, call for details. These complete packages are provided for your convenience, but not required. You may provide your own caterer or cakes. Give us a call to customize a package for you.

For couple only -$1575 TOTAL (TAX INC)

  • Our music or your music to be played for the ceremony
  • Overnight stay in the Juliet Suite in the Louisiana Castle for Couples

For Couple only- $2075 TOTAL (TAX INC)

For small groups that want more than just an elopement! 

Typically, Monday through Thursday (on short notice, may be available on the weekend, subject to availability)

The Package includes these items for the Couple:

  • 1 hour to use the Bridal Suite and Groom's Lounge to get ready
  • 1/2 hour for Ceremony and Photos-You select the location for the ceremony, either inside or outside the Castle (Officiant not included)
  • Our standard decor for the ceremony and reception
  • 1 Hour for reception during which the Couple can do their special dances, cut their cake, take photos and visit with guests
  • A small wedding cake, soft drinks and light Hors d'oeuvres
  • Overnight stay in the Juliet suite for Couple only.

COST FOR COUPLE ONLY -$2075 (tax inc)  
Additional guests for ceremony and reception- $42.92 each per person (maximum up to 30 Guests)
Additional time is available for $500 per hour

 For couples with 20 guests- $3475 TOTAL (TAX INC)

  • 1 hour for use of the Bridal suite and Grooms Lounge to get ready
  • 1/2 hour for the ceremony and photos (officiant not included)
  • 2 hour reception with time for special dances, cutting the cake, toasting, photos, dancing and fun
  • Sit down dinner for the Couple and Guests

The Louisiana Castle

The Louisiana Castle accommodates 350 guests during any day or time.  The weekend above prices are for the stated number of guests but Louisiana Castle can accommodate up to 350 guests at any time.  The weekday packages are as described.

Louisiana Castle is available for a variety of events, and we are very affordable if you are planning a last minute event or if you want to rent Louisiana Castle on a weekday or weeknight. 
Prices for events such as weddings, birthday parties, proms, anniversaries or any special event depend on the number of people, what we provide and the date of the event. Although we offer complete packages, they are not required. You can bring your own caterer if they meet our requirements. Our  experienced team will work with your budget on your small or large event. You will be surprised how affordable The Louisiana Castle is!

The Ceremony Package is typically only available when having a reception at Louisiana Castle. Exceptions may be made according to our availability, usually more likely if the event is in the near future. The bridal party can arrive one hour before the ceremony and use the Juliet Suite and Groom’s Lounge to get ready. One-half hour is allowed for the ceremony. The reception starts when the ceremony ends. The price includes decorations for the stage, a sound system for the ceremony and seating for the outside ceremony. The services of an officiant are NOT included but may be arranged for an additional charge.

The prices in the Reception Package stated above are for a three-hour reception including our Reception Menu, an allowance for cakes, and D.J. and Sound System, extensive music selection.  (The only exceptions are for the Princess Elopement, Limited Ceremony and Reception and the Elopement Package). Our Basic Reception Menu is included with our complete packages, but from our Extended Menu substitutions or additions can be made to customize your menu.* Additional fees may apply.* Visit OUR INFORMATION PAGE to view our menus. The price also includes the exclusive use of Louisiana Castle and grounds, tables, chairs, standard white linens on the inside tables, white chair covers and silver chair bands, wedding cake table, silk flower arrangements on the food tables, and individual centerpieces for the guest tables. As a gift, we will provide you with a complimentary guest book if requested.

The price also includes the use of our silver cake stands, champagne glasses for the Couple, cake cutters and servers. Please note no reduction in price is given if you choose not to use these items. The prices do not include alcohol. We do not provide or serve alcohol but you can provide your own. There is a bar that will be set up with ice, cups, and soft drinks, coffee and tea (if we are providing the catering). Bring your own alcohol and our staff will set up the bar. This will save you money and enables you to serve exactly what you want. If you prefer, we can provide the names of approved caterers that can provide the bar.

Steven Thomas, of Busy Bee Floral Design, is our in-house florist and decorator. For an additional charge, he can assist you with florals, colors and decor. His contact information is available by clicking Vendors on our Main Menu.

Overnight stays are quoted for two guests. When the reception is over the Couple will go upstairs to the Juliet Suite. Your guests leave, a quick clean up is done, then the entire Castle is turned over to the newlyweds. The Castle is a very romantic setting for your wedding night. The one thing that The Castle can offer that other reception facilities can not, is the opportunity to spend your wedding day and night in the same magical place. Eliminate the costs of limousines and hotels on your wedding night!

The Elopement Packages are typically held Monday through Thursday (on short notice may be available on weekends), can be customized to your needs and budget. Our basic Elopement Package includes just the Couple having the opportunity to get ready in the Juliet Bridal Suite and Grooms Lounge, have a romantic ceremony at the location of their choice in The Castle or on the grounds, and spend their wedding night in The Castle. To this package additional items can be added such as additional time, a wedding cake, sit down dinner , or even additional guests to attend.  Determine what you would like, what your budget is, the approximate number of guests, and give us a call to customize a package for you. 

Please remember that our full packages are not required, but have been made for your convenience. You may bring in an outside caterer or provide any of the other services. If you wish to provide some of your own services, call us for a quote. Please consider when you compare our prices to our competitor’s prices, that we do not charge gratuity.

I would like to also mention that Louisiana Castle is capable of handling buses of any size from "party buses" to full size coach buses. Our clients have found these buses are the perfect way to provide transportation for their friends and family. Your guests can "party" on their way to the Castle for your event, have a great time at the Castle, then safely relax on their way home.

A $100.00 refundable deposit will hold your scheduled date for two weeks while a contract is drawn up and signed. At the time the contract is signed at least $500.00 is put down. Additional payments must bring your deposit to one - half of the contract price by a designated date (see contract for full details). The final one-half payment balance is due 45 days prior to the event date.
